“Coming from a tight-knit family where hard work, perseverance, and dedication are highly valued, I was taught at a young age that these qualities will not only serve me personally, but will also serve those with whom I can help in any way. I have taken these traits to heart throughout my years as a personal injury attorney, and have consistently applied them during settlement negotiations and at trial. My practice revolves around my dedicated aspiration to help the injured, and to successfully direct my clients through the complex network of litigation, assisting them throughout the entire journey.”
Jennifer M. Valinski joined MRR as an Associate in the Personal Injury Department in October 2015, bringing with her 16 years of representing injured individuals who were involved in automobile, bus, motorcycle accidents, as well as slip and fall cases and other personal injury claims. Jennifer’s career has focused on helping and representing the injured during all phases of a case – from the initial client meeting through trial. Through her experience and trial practice, Jennifer has gained valuable insight and acumen concerning the entire process, from the initial claim through settlement or trial. After a short time practicing insurance defense, Jennifer’s career has been devoted to the service of the injured.
After receiving her undergraduate degree in political theory from Michigan State University in 1994, Jennifer went on to obtain her Juris Doctor (JD) from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University and graduated in 1999 cum laude.
