Mechanicsville, MD (October 15, 2023) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Mechanicsville area sent two people to local hospitals with injuries.

At around 8:50 a.m. on October 11, the police, firefighters, and emergency medical services were all dispatched to the scene of a crash on Three Notch Road.

Reports from police indicate that a rear-end-style collision involving three vehicles took place on the roadway near Persimmon Lane. The incident caused disruptions throughout the area, prompting officials to close down the roadway.
