In around 12:30 p.m. on October 10, the police and firefighters from the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene of an automobile accident that took place on Pulaski Highway.
Reports from authorities show that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 11,000 block of the roadway.
