Aberdeen, MD (August 10, 2023) – A motorcyclist suffered significant injuries as a result of a crash that occurred in Harford County on Wednesday evening.
The Maryland State Police received a notification of the crash just before 7:00 p.m. on August 9.
According to official reports from MSP, a vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and an unknown number of vehicles blocked the southbound side of Interstate 95. Emergency personnel rushed to the scene and shut down a portion of the roadway near mile marker 84, just passed Route 22.
Emergency medical services out of Harford County responded to the scene. A Maryland State Police helicopter transported one victim to an area hospital for emergency care.
The accident is being investigated at this time.
