The Creditor’s Rights department of MR&R is comprised of attorneys experienced in all areas of federal bankruptcy law.  Our lawyers represent  creditors attempting to protect their collateral and otherwise collect taxes and receivables from individuals and businesses which are in bankruptcy.    MRR’s focus is on collections and lien enforcement actions in bankruptcy.  MRR does not represent individuals or businesses who are looking to file bankruptcy.
