Gaithersburg, MD (November 8, 2023) – Emergency officials out of Montgomery County responded to the scene of an automobile accident that occurred in the Gaithersburg area.
At around 7:40 p.m. on November 7, the Montgomery County Police Department and the Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services were called to the scene of a crash that occurred on North Frederick Avenue. Preliminary reports show that a gray SUV and a black sedan collided on the road at the intersection of Christopher Avenue.
Both vehicles came to rest in the center of the roadway, causing delays in the area.
MCFRS EMS responded to care for the injured victims. Those who required further medical attention were transported to local hospitals.
The Montgomery County Police Department is currently investigating.
