Montgomery Co., MD (November 11, 2023) – The Montgomery County Police Department and Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Services were called to the scene of an automobile collision that took place on Thursday morning.
The accident occurred just after 8:00 a.m. on November 9.
According to law enforcement, a collision between vehicles blocked multiple lanes on the southbound side of Interstate 270. Authorities arrived at the scene and shut down several lanes for an extended period in the area near the exit ramp to Interstate 370.
Emergency officials went to work quickly on removing the damaged vehicles and clearing the scene. Maddox provided care to injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
