White Marsh, MD (July 23, 2023) – A major motor vehicle accident reported on Friday morning in the White Marsh area ended in injuries.
The crash was reported to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company at around 8:30 a.m. on July 21.
According to reports from WMVFC, a collision occurred on Pulaski Highway. The incident caused one vehicle to go into the woods and overturn near White Marsh Boulevard.
One person became trapped inside their vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters. Authorities reported that the victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was in and out of consciousness.
Maryland State Police Trooper 1 Medevac was requested at the scene to transport the person who was injured in the accident to a local hospital for further treatment.
Firefighters with the Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company and area police also responded to assist.
At this time, the incident is being investigated.
