Hollywood, MD (November 19, 2023) – One person was airlifted to a local hospital with injuries following a crash that took place in the Hollywood area. Authorities responded to the scene of the accident at around 10:45 a.m. on November 17. The crash occurred near and Three Notch Road.
Official reports show that a crash involving a motorcycle blocked the northbound lanes of the road near Airport Road. The incident prompted the police to close off the roadway while assisting. One person was transported by ambulance to St. Mary’s County Regional Airport and then airlifted to UM Capitol Region Trauma Center for emergency treatment. The crash is being investigated.
