Confidential settlement on behalf of a 49 year old woman whose arm became entangled in an unguarded conveyor belt causing her to sustain a humeral shaft fracture and radial nerve injury. Prior to the incident, the company responsible for maintaining the conveyor belt removed a protective screen that ran along the underside of the rollers.
