  • Head south on Baltimore-Washington Parkway (MD-295 S).
  • Take the exit toward I-495 W / I-95 S (Capital Beltway) toward Silver Spring.
  • Merge onto I-495 W / I-95 S.
  • Take Exit 23 toward MD-201 / Kenilworth Avenue.
  • Turn right onto MD-201 N / Kenilworth Avenue.
  • At the second traffic light, turn left onto Ivy Lane.
  • Continue along Ivy Lane and follow the entrance signs for Capital Office Park.

Directions From the East (Bowie):

  • Head west on MD-564 W / Lanham Severn Road.
  • Turn right onto MD-193 W / Greenbelt Road.
  • Continue west on Greenbelt Road toward Greenbelt.
  • Turn right onto Cherrywood Lane.
  • Continue north on Cherrywood Lane.
  • Turn left onto Ivy Lane.
  • Follow Ivy Lane toward Capital Office Park.
  • Enter the office park and proceed to 6411 Ivy Lane, Suite 200.

Directions From the South (District Heights):

  • Head toward I-495 N / I-95 N (Capital Beltway), following signs for Baltimore and College Park.
  • Merge onto I-495 N / I-95 N.
  • Continue on the Capital Beltway toward Greenbelt.
  • Take Exit 23 toward MD-201 / Kenilworth Avenue.
  • Turn right onto MD-201 N / Kenilworth Avenue.
